Dalmore 25 Year Old is a Highland single malt bottled at 42% abv in a 70cl bottle.
It begins in new American oak, after which the spirit is divided. One part ages in a Palomino Fino sherry cask, the other in a first-fill bourbon cask, and the two are then reunited in a Tawny port cask from Portugal.
Tasting notes mention exotic fruit, marzipan, vanilla and chocolate truffles.
