This is a 35 year old Dalmore single malt from the 2016 release, in a 70cl bottle. Only 1000 bottles were made, and each comes in a Baccarat Crystal decanter.
The whisky was aged in three types of cask: a Bourbon barrel, a Matusalem Sherry butt and a colheita Port pipe.
Whyte & Mackay bought Dalmore from the Mackenzie family in 1960. Because the malt was so important to their blends, the distillery's own bottlings were for a long time limited to a 12 year old.
