Dalmore Dominium is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Fortuna Meritas Collection, in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV.
It was matured in ex-Bourbon American white oak casks, then aged further in Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose brings sandalwood, sweet fruits, honey, lemon tart, caramel coffee and a hint of liquorice spice. On the palate come black toffee, sherry-soaked raisins and banana cake. The finish carries treacle tart, Oxford marmalade, pineapple, dates and ginger spice.
