Dalmore – Luminary No.2 16 Year Old (2024) (70cl, 48.6%)

Dalmore Luminary No.2 is a 16 year old single malt, a limited edition created by Dalmore Master Whisky Maker Gregg Glass with Melodie Leung of Zaha Hadid Architects. It is bottled at 48.6%. The whisky was matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, then finished in Graham's Tawny Port pipes and 30 year old Apostoles sherry casks. A very light touch of rare peated Dalmore is included. It is typically described as showing ripe figs, Seville oranges, forest fruits, passion fruit, lightly roasted Colombian coffee, fermented black limes and brioche.
