This is Dalmore Port Wood Reserve, a single malt bottled at 46.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The whisky first matured in former bourbon casks. It was then divided: one half stayed in the bourbon casks, while the other half was filled into old tawny port pipes. The two were later married together.
The result is described as balanced and rich in aroma, with sweet red berries and plums, creamy caramel, roasted notes and coffee.
