Dalmore – Port Wood (70cl, 46.5%)

Dalmore Port Wood is a Highland single malt, bottled at 46.5% in a 70cl bottle. The twelve-point royal stag on every bottle of The Dalmore comes from Colin of Kintail, first chief of Clan Mackenzie, who received it after saving King Alexander III of Scotland from a charging stag. The distillery's royal heritage dates back to 1263. Alexander Matheson established the distillery in 1839. Descendants of Clan Mackenzie took control in 1867 and soon began marking each bottle with the stag's head.
