Dalmore – The Quartet (70cl, 41.5%)

Dalmore The Quartet is a Highland single malt finished in four different casks, bottled at 41.5% in a 70cl bottle. The whisky first matures in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels. It is then divided between first-fill ex-bourbon casks, 30 year old Apostoles and Matusalem sherry casks, and Cabernet Sauvignon wine casks, before the four parts are brought back together. It is described as light and fragrant, with red grapes and juicy raisins, touched by chocolate and liquorice.
