Dalmore The Trio is a Highland single malt bottled at 40%. It is matured in three types of cask: first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, Tawny Port casks and Matusalem sherry casks.
The whisky is chill-filtered and has added colour.
The bourbon barrels are described as giving a bright, fruity base, while the Tawny Port and Matusalem sherry steer it towards dried fruit and nutty sweetness.
