Dalmore Vintage 2009 is a 15 year old distillery bottling from the Highlands, distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2024 at 48.9% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The distillery stands at Alness on the Cromarty Firth.
The whisky was matured in bourbon casks and given a sherry and port finish.
The nose brings mandarin, raisin, cranberry and blueberry, with dried figs and candied walnut. On the palate it is soft, with dark chocolate, tobacco and pepper, and the long finish runs to orange, cherry cake and ripe grapes.
