A 9 year old Speyside single malt from Dalmunach, distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2026 for Woodrow's of Edinburgh as part of its Curator's Cut edition. It comes from a single ex-bourbon barrel, bottled at a cask strength of 52.8%, and gave 255 bottles.
The nose is light and fruity, with pear, apple, honey and fudge. The palate is slightly earthy and waxy, with lemon, stewed apples and cinnamon. The finish is medium to long, with star anise, nutmeg and a lingering zesty lemon.
