Deanston 10 Year Old Bordeaux Red Wine Cask Finish is a Highland single malt. It spends ten years in bourbon casks before a finish in Bordeaux red wine casks, which gives it a fruity profile. It is bottled at 46.3% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The nose shows ripe red fruit, dark berries and cherry with vanilla, honey and gentle spice. The palate brings blackberries, blackcurrants and plums with creamy toffee, vanilla and light oak spice. The finish is long and warm, fruity, with soft spice and wood.
