Deanston 12 Year Old is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46.3% ABV. It comes from Deanston Distillery, housed in the historic Deanston Mill complex on the River Teith. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring, and it has a warm, golden amber colour.
The nose offers honey, vanilla and ripe fruit, with light grain notes, soft spice and a slightly nutty depth. The palate is soft and creamy, with ripe apple, citrus, toffee and a touch of malt. The finish is mild and lasting, with fruit, vanilla and light spice.
