This is an 18 year old single malt from Deanston in Scotland, finished in bourbon casks and bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The colour is a lemon gold.
The nose brings American oak, floral notes, malt, honey and vanilla, with faint hints of tobacco and nutmeg.
On the palate it is sweet and spicy, with citrus, barley sugar, gingerbread, Manuka honey and a touch of white pepper. The finish is dry and spicy, with a warming, gingery, honeyed tail.
