This is a 10 year old single malt Irish whiskey from Dingle Distillery in County Kerry. It was matured in a combination of bourbon, port and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
It is non-chill filtered and bottled at 46.5% ABV.
The nose is rich with dark fruits and stewed plums. The palate brings ginger nut biscuit and Black Forest gateau. The finish is smooth butterscotch with delicate orange blossom and spices that develop into fruit.
