Dingle Single Malt Irish Whiskey Batch No 3 is a small batch bottling from Dingle Distillery in County Kerry, Ireland. The whiskey is triple distilled, matured in bourbon and port casks, and blended from selected casks. It is non-chill-filtered and bottled at 92 proof (46%) in a 750ml bottle.
Red berries, honey, vanilla, toasted oak and light spice mark the nose. The palate offers dark fruit, caramel, port sweetness, soft malt and baking spice. The finish is medium to long and slightly dry, with fruit and oak lingering.
