Dingle – Cónocht an Earraigh (70cl, 50.5%)

Cónocht an Earraigh is the sixth release in Dingle's Celtic Wheel of the Year series, which runs to nine editions. It marks the spring equinox, when night and day are in balance, and the season when young livestock grow and fallow fields turn to pasture. The whiskey was distilled, matured and bottled at Dingle Distillery. It was matured in first-fill bourbon casks, then given a long finish in Cabernet Sauvignon wine casks from Tenser Winery in the Barossa Valley, Australia. It is bottled at 50.5% in a 70cl bottle.
