Dingle – Fómhair Single Malt (50.5%)

Dingle Fómhair is an Irish single malt, distilled, matured and bottled at Dingle Distillery. It is the eighth release in the Celtic Wheel of the Year Series and takes its name from the autumn equinox. Strength is 50.5% vol. It was matured in first-fill Bourbon casks, then given a long finish in Rum casks. The nose brings fresh mint, rhubarb crumble with brown sugar, toffee apple and icing sugar. On the palate come tropical fruits, sweet raisins, honey, coconut and hazelnuts, leading to a clean finish of spiced fruits and warm caramel.
