Dingle – Pot Still Whiskey Batch 2

Dingle Pot Still Whiskey Batch 2 is an Irish pot still whiskey from Dingle Distillery in County Kerry, on the south-western tip of Ireland. The distillery makes pure pot still whiskey from Irish malted barley and fills it into casks, leaving the mild, moist Dingle air to do the maturing. Output is small, at two casks a day. The first Dingle whiskey was released on 19th December 2015, from a cask filled three years and a day earlier.
