Dingle Single Malt 13 Year Old is an Irish single malt from the Dingle Distillery on Ireland's Atlantic coast, and the Madeira Malvasia Cask Release for 2026. It matured first in bourbon casks, then spent 18 months in casks that had previously held Malvasia Madeira. Bottled at 51.3% in a 70cl bottle, it is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
Dried and dark red fruit, cinnamon and spice lead the nose, with a touch of vanilla. The palate brings dates and dark chocolate over cloves and cinnamon, with a little oak and sweetness. The finish carries nutmeg, sugar syrup and orchard fruit, rounded off by toasted oak.
