Dingle Single Malt Batch 2 is the second release of this Irish single malt, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It was created by marrying selected casks: Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks together with bourbon casks.
It is described as delicate and dry, with citrus and subtle vanilla notes. The finish is long and slow, with an elegant complexity.
