Dingle – Single Malt Cask Strength Batch 3

Dingle Single Malt Cask Strength Batch 3 is an Irish single malt bottled at cask strength. It is a marriage of selected Bourbon and Port casks, released in a batch of 500 bottles. On the nose there are blue and black fruits. The palate begins with a tart, almost jam-like sweetness and some subtle citrus peel, and the whiskey coats the mouth like warm honey. Mixed berries and marmalade linger on the tongue.
