This is an 11 year old limited edition single pot still whiskey from Dingle Distillery in County Kerry, created by Paddy Foley and matured in Pedro Ximenez casks.
Dingle distils, matures and bottles all of its whiskey on site, making it by hand.
The palate is described as rich and velvety, with dark fruits and caramel sweetness alongside the clove and ginger spice of pot still, and a hint of orange zest.
