This is the fourth batch of single pot still whiskey from Dingle Distillery, a small batch release bottled at 46.5% abv.
It was matured in a combination of Bourbon and Oloroso casks. Dark fruits and figs come first, followed by dark chocolate with roasted, chopped nuts. Spice returns alongside soft wood and leather notes, leading into a long finish.
