Distilleria Romano Levi Grappa Bianca (45%)

Grappa Bianca is a clear grappa from Distilleria Romano Levi, distilled from the marc of Nebbiolo (Barbaresco), Dolcetto d'Alba and Barbera d'Alba grapes. The grapes come from DOC and DOCG vineyards in Neive, Barbaresco, Trezzo, Treiso and Alba, and are processed locally and blended to an old recipe of Serafino Levi. It is aged for a minimum of three years in traditional Piedmontese ash wood casks of around 700 litres, kept at a constant temperature and humidity. Bottled at 45% vol. The nose is intense, with fresh herbal notes and a touch of wood. The palate is medium dry, well balanced and harmonious.
