Domaine de Terrebrune Bandol Rosé 2025 (75cl)

Domaine de Terrebrune Bandol Rosé is a rosé from Ollioules, between Toulon and Bandol, where the vines grow on terraced slopes of brown clay and limestone above the Mediterranean. The domaine was established in 1963 by Georges Delille and is now run by Reynald Delille. Unlike most Bandol rosés, which are aged in stainless steel and released young, this one spends 18 months in large oak foudres of 40 to 60 hectolitres. Mourvèdre is mentioned as part of the Bandol tradition behind this method. The nose suggests a Provençal summer, with thyme and white peach, and the finish is salty.
