Colette is a still rosé from Domaine Denis Mortet in Burgundy, made from 100% Pinot Noir in the 2022 vintage. The domaine farms organically.
The grapes come from all of the Mortet holdings in Gevrey-Chambertin, taking in village, Premier Cru and Grand Cru parcels. The wine is a direct press rosé, fermented with indigenous yeast and aged in stainless steel.
