Domaine du Gros Noré Bandol Rosé 2025 (75cl)

This is a 2025 Bandol rosé from Domaine du Gros Noré, a 17-hectare estate on the hillsides of La Cadière d'Azur in Provence. Alain Pascal named the domaine after his father Honoré, known in the village as Gros Noré. The vines are farmed organically, without herbicides or chemical insecticides. Grapes are picked by hand, given 24 hours of cold skin maceration and fermented with natural yeasts. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration. Some of the vineyards are among the highest north-facing limestone sites in the appellation. Mourvèdre gives the wine its character. It shows redcurrant, strawberry, lemon, nectarine and blood orange, with floral and anise touches. The palate is silky and generous, with a fresh, airy lift.
