Don Fulano Blanco Fuerte (75cl, 50%)

Don Fulano Blanco Fuerte is a high-proof blanco tequila from the Jalisco Highlands, bottled at 50% in a 75cl bottle. It is made at La Tequileña distillery from Blue Weber agave grown in volcanic, mineral-rich soil. The agave is slow-cooked and double-distilled in copper, then bottled without additives and unfiltered. It is essentially Don Fulano Blanco at its natural strength, with nothing diluted. The nose is fresh and vibrant, with roasted agave, lime zest, white pepper, fresh herbs and volcanic minerality. On the palate come sweet agave, citrus oil, cracked pepper, mint and mineral earth. The finish is long and spicy, with agave, pepper and herbal freshness.
