Don Fulano Blanco Tequila (75cl, 40%)

Don Fulano Blanco is an unaged tequila made from highland agave grown in Jalisco, in a 75cl bottle at 40% abv. It is made at the family-owned La Tequileña distillery. The agave is slow-cooked in autoclaves, double-distilled in copper pots and bottled without additives. The highlands' red volcanic soil is credited with giving the agave extra sweetness. The nose is fresh and herbal, with cooked agave, citrus peel, pepper and light floral tones. The palate is crisp and earthy, with sweet agave, lime zest, white pepper and subtle herbs. The finish is clean and lightly spicy, with agave sweetness and pepper.
