Drumshanbo Inaugural Release Single Pot Still

Drumshanbo Inaugural Release is a triple-distilled single pot still Irish whiskey from the Shed Distillery in Leitrim. The mash bill combines malted Irish barley, un-malted Irish barley and Irish Barra oats, and the whiskey was matured in a mix of Kentucky bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry casks. It includes whiskey from the first cask ever distilled at the distillery, on 21st December 2014. The release was limited to 12,000 bottles. It is described as rich in pot spice, dried fruits and figgy pudding.
