Dry Fly Distilling – 3 Years Old Straight Wheat Whiskey (75cl)

Dry Fly Straight Wheat Whiskey is the three-year-old flagship wheat whiskey from Dry Fly Distilling in Spokane, Washington. It is made from 100% local soft white wheat, distilled twice and aged for a minimum of three years in new 53-gallon American oak barrels with a #3 char. It comes in a 75cl bottle. Founder Don Poffenroth set up the distillery out of a passion for fly-fishing and the Pacific Northwest, using local ingredients from Washington farms. The soft white wheat mashbill gives a soft, gentle, bready character, distinct from whiskeys based on corn or rye.
