Dubliner Bourbon Cask is a blended Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40%. It combines mature single malt and grain whiskey.
The whole blend is matured in bourbon barrels, which brings vanilla, honey and soft oak.
The nose is honey, vanilla, light caramel, soft spices and a hint of apple. The palate is silky and slightly sweet, with vanilla, toffee, biscuit, soft grain and fresh citrus. The finish is medium long, with honey, light oak and subtle spices.
