Dugite – Handcrafted Australian Whisky (70cl, 40%)

Dugite is a blended Australian whisky, made by combining single malt whisky with mixed grain whisky to a recipe that is kept private. It is aged in American oak barrels for a minimum of three years and comes in a 70cl bottle at 40%. It is made as an everyday whisky for Australian drinkers, humble but bold. The nose is fresh malted barley with summer stone fruits, pears and sweet honey. The palate is viscous and full, yet carries lighter summer fruit and pears. The finish is delicate, with a hint of spice, a touch of beeswax and sweet honey.
