This is a single cask Glen Moray from Speyside, bottled by the independent bottler Duncan Taylor exclusively for the German market. It matured from 2007 to 2023, fifteen years in all, and was then finished in a sherry octave cask. Only 79 bottles were filled.
It was bottled at 54.7% ABV, unfiltered and without added colour.
The nose is fruity, with pears and apples, then spice and oak. The palate is full and creamy, with sherry and apples, and spice leading into the finish. That finish is long, with raisins and dates, and fruit and oak that linger.
