E.H. Taylor Small Batch is a bourbon made by hand at Buffalo Trace distillery in tribute to Colonel E.H. Taylor Jr., often regarded as a founding father of the US bourbon industry. It is bottled at 50% abv.
The bourbon matures in century-old warehouses built by Taylor.
The nose is sweet and inviting. The palate brings caramel, corn and butterscotch with a touch of liquorice, and the finish is smooth and subtly spiced with pepper and tobacco leaf.
