A ten-year-old Edradour, distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2026 as a small batch release. It matured entirely in first fill Sauternes hogsheads, casks that previously held French sweet wine from Bordeaux. Edradour has been making whisky in the Highlands since 1825.
Honey and soft vanilla meet floral notes and ripe stone fruit on the nose. The palate is creamy, with strong jam notes and the gentle sweetness of sun-ripened apricots. The finish stays sweet and fruity, ending with a light wood spice.
