This is a 10 year old Edradour from the UN-chillfiltered Collection, distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2026. It comes from a single sherry cask, number 216, and is not chill-filtered.
The nose combines ripe plums and raisins with malty sweetness, with cinnamon and oak adding spice. On the palate there is rich toffee and caramel with the bitterness of dark chocolate, and a full mouthfeel. The finish is long, with pronounced oak spice and a hint of dark fruit.
