Edradour – 10 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 40%)

Edradour 10 Year Old is a single malt made by hand at a traditional farm distillery. Its methods have stayed virtually unchanged for 150 years, and its small copper stills are credited with the whisky's rich, old-fashioned mouthfeel. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle and is chill-filtered. The whisky is aged in a combination of Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon casks. The nose offers dried fruits, Oloroso and almonds. The palate is spicy Christmas cake and sweet golden syrup with a touch of honeyed almonds. The finish is oaky, with soft spices, mellow and warming.
