This is a 12-year-old cask strength single malt from Edradour, distilled in 2013 and bottled on 7 April 2026. Batch 8 was matured entirely in first fill and second fill Oloroso sherry butts and is drawn from ten casks, filling 6,656 bottles.
The nose is rich with dark forest berries, black cherries and roasted walnuts, with a trace of cinnamon and malt sweets. The palate is viscous, with fig syrup, chocolate-covered raisins and strong espresso. The finish is very long, recalling freshly baked raisin buns and ripe blackberries.
