Edradour 12 Year Old Cask Strength Batch 8 was distilled in 2013 and bottled on 8 April 2026 at 58% ABV. It was matured in first- and second-fill ex-Oloroso sherry butts.
The nose is led by dried and dark fruit and a deep sweetness, with cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamom, then earthy vanilla and chocolate. The palate is full and powerful, with dates and raisins, red berry jam and returning spice. The finish is medium in length, sweet and fairly heavy, with dried fruit, Christmas cake and toasted oak, followed by plenty of honey.
