Edradour – 2003 22 Year Old 200th Anniversary 1825-2025 Small Batch Amarone Casks (70cl, 50.8%)

This is a small batch Edradour, a 22 year old Highland single malt distilled in 2003. It is one of a series of releases marking the distillery's 200th anniversary in 2025, and comes in a 70cl bottle at a natural cask strength of 50.8%. The whisky was bottled from first fill Amarone red wine hogshead sister casks, without colouring or chill filtration, in an outturn of 1510 bottles. Wine maturations and finishes have been a significant part of Edradour's character since Signatory took over the distillery in 2002, and the Amarone casks were originally filled in January 2003, early in that period.
