A 10 year old Highland single malt from Edradour, distilled in February 2016 and bottled in April 2026 at 46%. It is a small batch matured in Sauternes casks.
The nose is led by honey, apricot and ripe peach, with orange peel, vanilla, a touch of malt and a light floral note. On the palate there are yellow fruits, honey, vanilla cream, apricot jam, citrus and gentle spices over a full malty base.
The finish is medium to long, with honey, peach and orange peel, a sweet winey character and a lightly spiced end.
