Edradour – 25 Year Old Ibisco Decanter Small Batch 2 Bottled 2024 (70cl, 55.6%)

This is Batch 2 of an Edradour 25 year old, a Highland single malt distilled in 1998 and bottled on 16 May 2024 at a cask strength of 55.6%. It comes from a micro batch of first fill Oloroso sherry butts and is free of colouring and chill filtration. It is presented in one of the distillery's Ibisco decanters, with a picture of the distillery on a label made from barley grain used in whisky production. The decanter sits in a chunky wooden box. It has been described as liquid Christmas cake in a bottle, with a long, rich and sweet finish.
