This is Edradour 25 Year Old Batch No. 2, a Highland single malt and one of the oldest bottlings from the distillery. It spent a quarter of a century in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts. The batch was drawn from seven casks and gave 2,332 bottles, each filled into an Ibisco decanter. It is unpeated and bottled at 54.6% ABV, with neither chill-filtration nor added colour.
