This is a 12 year old Edradour in a 70cl bottle, selected by Signatory Vintage for its Caledonia Selection. It was matured in Oloroso sherry casks and bottled on 20 November 2023 at 46% ABV. Edradour stands in a small valley east of Pitlochry in the Highlands and was long Scotland's smallest distillery. Its water comes from a spring at Mhoulin Moor, and the whisky is unpeated. Andrew Symington, who owns Signatory, bought the distillery in 2002.
