Edradour – Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky The Distillery Edition 10 YO

Edradour The Distillery Edition is a 10-year-old Highland single malt, matured in a combination of Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks. It is made by hand at a small traditional farm distillery, where methods have changed very little over the last 150 years and a year's output equals what most distilleries make in a week. Dried fruit, Oloroso and almonds lead on the nose. The palate is spiced Christmas cake and sweet golden syrup with honeyed almonds, in a rich, old-style texture. The finish is woody, with soft spices, soft and warm.
