This is an 18 year old single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon from Elijah Craig, distilled and aged at the Heaven Hill Distillery. It is bottled at 45% ABV in a 75cl-sized 750ml bottle.
Each bottle comes from one charred American oak barrel. During maturation the spirit takes on toasted vanilla and caramel character from the wood.
The bourbon has won several Double Gold Medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
