Elijah Craig 18 is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Heaven Hill, bottled as a single barrel. Its mash bill combines corn, rye and malted barley.
The bourbon matured for 18 years in new American white oak casks, and each bottle comes from an individually selected barrel.
The nose combines oak spice with vanilla and dark cocoa, with a faint hint of mint. On the palate, golden honey meets walnuts. The finish is long and soft, with milk chocolate and vanilla and a subtle touch of allspice.
