Elijah Craig 20 Year Single Barrel Bourbon (75cl)

Elijah Craig 20 Year Single Barrel is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Heaven Hill's Bernheim Distillery in Louisville, in a 75cl bottle. It is made from Heaven Hill's high-rye mash bill and matured for 20 years in Kentucky. Each bottle comes from a single barrel, and the long maturation brings deep oak, dried fruit and warm spice. The colour is a very deep amber. The nose is bold with oak, caramel and vanilla. On the palate there is caramel, cinnamon, chocolate and deep oak, with some grain character from the high-rye mash bill. The finish is long and bold, led by oak.
