Bottled in bond at 100 proof (50% ABV), it comes from a single distillery and a single distillation season.
The nose offers caramel, vanilla, toasted oak and a gentle baked apple note. On the palate are toffee, light spice, vanilla and a soft wheat sweetness, and the finish is medium in length and warming, with caramel and gentle oak spice.
